Permits Bulletin

 

The Air Quality Bureau is pleased to announce the publication of a revised DRAFT of the GCP-Oil & Gas permit for oil and gas facilities. We seek your comments in an effort to improve this permit. This draft permit has been revised to include new modeling analysis and results for engines, and incorporates recommendations and comments received from various stakeholders. This GCP-Oil and Gas revises and combines the existing GCP-1 and GCP-4 permits into a single permit. The new permit has improved and updated language allowing for a wider variety of equipment, control devices, and operating scenarios.

The Department has scheduled a public hearing to discuss the proposed GCP-Oil and Gas. The hearing will be held on February 12, 2018 at 9:00 AM at 525 Camino de los Marquez, Suite 1, Santa Fe, NM.
