- Join YUCCA for “We Got Us”
– a multi-day training followed by a mass mobilization at the State Capitol on the Opening Day of the 2026 Legislative Session.
Trainings in Santa Fe from Friday – Tuesday, January 16 – 20
and a march from the Santa Fe Plaza to the capitol from 10:30 am – 2:30 pm, Tuesday, January 20.

- Join NM Climate Corps. Work with other New Mexicans and the Sierra Club Rio Grande Chapter to learn ways to get more involved with climate issues and the 2026 legislative session. Send an email with the subject “Join Climate Corps” to sierraclubriogrande@gmail.com

This is a 5-month intensive peer learning and training experience designed for organizers and leaders that will provide a supportive, structured framework for individuals engaged in multiracial, cross-class climate coalitions. Deadline to apply is January 16, 2026.
